Gallery B612 is located in the heart of SODO. Just two blocks south from the T-Mobile Stadium and Lumen Field, and two blocks north of Starbucks Headquarters.

Exhibition Prompt: Submissions may reflect themes such as cultural heritage, diasporic identity, social justice, community, and the fusion or use of traditional or modern influences. Artists are encouraged to submit works in various mediums, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, digital art, and installations.
Juror: Selected pieces are juried by the curators at Gallery B612.
Media: Original 2D and 3D artworks. Glass, Fiber, Jewelry, Functional, Digital, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Photography, Installation and Mixed media
Timeline:
March 24, 2024: The application process closes at midnight.
March 26 -29, 2024: Selection process will take place by Gallery B612 curators.
March 29, 2024: Notification of accepted work will be sent out
April 4-7: Accepted work(s) needs to be dropped off or delivered to 1915 1st Ave S, Seattle Washington 98134. Artist responsible for shipping and return label costs.
April 11th, 2024: Artist Reception 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
May 23rd, 2024: Exhibition Closes
May 23 and 24, 2024: Local Artists are to pick up their works on these days:
Saturday, May 23 between 11AM – 2 PM or on
Sunday, May 24, between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
National artwork will be shipped out to the national artists; Artist is responsible for shipping and return label costs.

7. Artist Statement (1-2 short paragraphs)

Submission Details: For general submission ($25), a maximum of ten total works per artist may be submitted for consideration. Any additional works after the first 3 pieces, then $5 per piece.
Shipping and Delivery: Accepted work may be hand delivered or shipped prepaid to arrive no later than April 4, 2024. Artists are responsible for delivery and return shipping label and costs.
Gallery Requirements:
All work must be original, unsold work, family-friendly, and the artist must own the sole copyright to art.
Frames, mats and wiring must be professional quality and in good condition. No saw-tooth hangers. Wiring must be securely fashioned and support the weight of the artwork. 2D artwork selected for exhibition MUST BE READY TO HANG on our wire hang system.
Please indicate a sale price as it is required for display in the gallery. No NSF works will be considered for the show.
Consignment will be required for selected pieces in order to be exhibited in the show.
Commission: Gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales in gallery and online.
