Intro Pipe Making
Introduction to Pipe Making: Students will learn the basics of creating functional pieces out of borosilicate glass. The class will focus on manipulating borosilicate glass to create three classic shapes: the spoon, one hitter, and steamroller.
Basic techniques of borosilicate: pulling points off tubes, pulling color into stringer for decoration, using the torch to manipulate shapes and material thicknesses.
