​Join us for this very special 1-Day Intensive as students are guided through each step of the ancient method of gold leaf gilding as used for egg tempera panel paintings and iconography.

Learn to prepare rabbit skin glue, traditional gesso, and clay bole grounds with hands-on participation in laying and burnishing genuine 23 kt gold leaf. Explore the beautiful decorative treatment of gilded punchwork and incision while gilding your own miniature panel to take home!​
