Gallery B612 is excited to host a special Open House event for our current exhibition Landscape/Dreamscape this coming Sunday, October 13th from 2-4pm.

This special event will be hosted by the artist Jay Lazerwitz who has six artworks in the exhibition. Landscape/Dreamscape features twenty-two artists and forty-three artworks ranging in media, style, and size. Select artworks from this show can be viewed here, with other works viewable on site at the gallery.

Additionally, select artwork from our online exhibition Miyoung Margolis: Odyssey will also be on display in the gallery studios.

About the Exhibition:

Landscape/Dreamscape: Where Reality and the Subconscious Collide includes works by artists that explore the thin separation between dreams and reality, where they may overlap, and where they are inseparable.

 

This exhibition features 22 artists and 43 artworks. Artists were encouraged to engage with, and creatively interpret this theme with their individual approach, media, and art making processes. While artworks complement one another as they reflect the theme – they range in size, cost, and style and utilize media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, mixed-media, collage, and assemblage.
