The SEEDArts Studios, located in Hillman City, offer affordable workspace for artists and creative entrepreneurs. All studios have a wood laminate floors, windows, and LED daylights. There is a shared kitchenette and bathrooms with windows and utility sinks.
Available now: Studio #10: 115 sf for $395/month. Rent includes all utilities and basic wifi.
Studios have been converted to full-spectrum LED lighting.
There are 2 shared bathrooms (each with a utility sink) and a shared kitchen (with fridge and microwave).
Free basic wifi is available for tenants.
Studios are on the second floor of the building. The Collaboratory, a co-working incubator space, is on the first floor of the building. The Collaboratory has regular art exhibits, community events and rents meeting/conference rooms.
SEEDArts studio artists help coordinate and participate in bi-annual Studio Tours.
