My art is spontaneously created. I like to begin without a plan and watch as the pencil develops a line into a scene. Much of my inspiration comes from working in the garden and imagining our lovely earth on both a cosmic and tiny scale.

If I had a wish for those who take interest in my work, it would be that they experience delight and a smile just on the sight of it. I hope each piece moves the heart of every recipient to joyfulness.

Who wouldn't choose to draw animals? I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the company of a beloved pet or a Chickadee on my backyard fence. Scenes that are purely a beautiful landscape also find there way into my art as well as somewhat more inter-dimensional creatures. Where would all the fun be in creating without imagining a world just out of sight?
